Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship to most countries worldwide from the UK using Royal Mail with tracking and the costs are calculated at the checkout. 

Please be aware that there will be an additional VAT charge on arrival of your order if you're based in a country that's part of the European Union. This fee is calculated by the country you're in, so unfortunately I'm unable to offer more information about it.

 

When will my order be shipped out?

All orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Tuesday. For Friday shipping, please make sure you place your order by the end of Thursday, otherwise your order will be shipped out the following Monday.

 

How long does shipping take?

UK orders:

2nd class - 2-3 working days
1st class - 1-2 working days

International orders:

5-10 working days

 

When will ____ be restocked?

Generally, restocks take a couple of months and I usually time them with shop updates, unless an item is discontinued.

If an item is discontinued it will be marked on the listing and will be in the SALE section of the shop. Once this item has sold out, it won't be restocked, so if you'd like it then I recommend grabbing it while it's still available!

What is your refunds/returns policy?

Refunds:

Unfortunately, because I am a very small shop (it's just me, Ruth!), all sales are considered final and I cannot offer refunds. However, in some cases I may be able to offer a replacement for your item, please get in touch if you have a question: ruthhammondillustration@gmail.com

Returns:

Damaged goods during transit cannot be refunded or replaced, unfortunately I can't take responsibility for the postal service in your country, so if they lose or damage your item then please contact them as they may be able to reimburse you!

If the item appears faulty in a way that hasn't been caused by the postal service, then please get in touch as you may be able to exchange it for a new one.
